Many considered Jamie as one of the best swimmers ever to compete for Windsor Locks High School. 

He was a 2-time state champion 100 butterfly in 1980&1981, along with being a member of the 1980 State Champion Medley Relay Team. 

He was 2 -time runner up at the State Championship meets in the 500yard free style events.

He was a member of the state champion runner up Medley Relay Team 1981. 

Jamie attended Babson College in Boston where he made the swim team and competed during his 4 years in college.  Along with swimming, he also played 2 years of soccer for Babson. 

Jamie graduated from Babson College School of management with Bachelor of Science 

Degree in 1985. He has been married to his wife Margaret for 32 years and have son Jesse who works for Buckeye Partners which is a premier provider of infrastructure and logistics for world’s energy needs.

The family loves spending as much time as possible at their lake cottage on Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire.

Jamie enjoys snow skiing with his buddies her in New Jersey and old friends from WLHS!

The Walsh family is extremely close and enjoy traveling both domestically and internationally.
