In her time there, Debra was a three-sport athlete: a varsity starter for 3 years in softball, 3 years in soccer, and 2 years in basketball.

Although Debra was great at all three sports, she excelled in
softball. Debra was named to the All-Conference team for 3 years. She was also named All State 3 years as well!

Debra went on to be an assistant coach for CCSU for
two years.

Debra moved to Vermont in 2010 where she now lives in St Albans with her wife Jenna and their 3 children; a son August, who is 2.5 years old and their 1-year-old twin daughters Lara and Maya. Rounding out the family is their dog Jethro, 3 cats, and Ferret – the bunny.

Debra is currently a Captain with the Vermont State Police and serves as the Special Operations Commander. She oversees the 13 Department special teams, the traffic safety unit, and the marine division.
